E-Z Charge Handle

The AR-10 E-Z Charge uses a standard AR-10 handle body with an oversized steel latch in a cross pattern for a positive grip under recoil, mud or gloves. Mil-spec 6061-T6 aluminum, black finish, fits AR-10.

Our side-charging .308 BCG and bolt-action style uppers use a right-side handle on the carrier and do not need a rear charging handle.

Before You Order

Choosing an AR-10 Charging Handle

Length and latch.

Platform

Confirm the upper is AR-10 or LR-308. An AR-15 handle will not reach the carrier key on an AR-10.

Latch Size

A .308 carrier is heavy and the spring is stiff. An oversized latch like the E-Z Charge gives the leverage to rack it cleanly.

Side-Charging

If you own a side-charging BCG or bolt-action upper, you do not need a rear handle.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will an AR-15 charging handle fit an AR-10?

No. AR-10 uppers are longer and need an AR-10 charging handle to reach the carrier key. The E-Z Charge is AR-10 length.

  • What is the E-Z Charge latch?

An oversized steel latch with a cross-pattern texture, installed on a mil-spec 6061-T6 AR-10 handle body. It gives more surface and grip for racking a heavy .308 carrier.

  • Does a side-charging AR-10 need a charging handle?

No. Side-charging BCGs and bolt-action style uppers use a right-side handle on the carrier and leave the rear channel empty.

  • Do charging handles require an FFL?

No. These are small parts and accessories that ship directly to you in all 50 states with no FFL required.
